The Service
The Quarterly Oracle generates AI-assisted strategic briefings framed through astrological archetypes. Briefings are produced for entertainment and organizational reflection purposes. They do not constitute professional advisory, financial, medical, or legal counsel of any kind. The Oracle's guidance should not replace qualified professional consultation.
Complimentary Access
One briefing per device per month is provided at no cost. Usage is tracked locally in your browser and enforced server-side by IP address. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in access restrictions.
Oracle Pass Subscription
Oracle Pass is available for $1.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Oracle Pass grants unlimited briefings and removes watermarks from downloaded reading cards.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription management link available in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued.
Access Codes
Upon subscribing, you receive a unique access code. This code activates Oracle Pass on additional devices and serves as your proof of subscription. Treat it as confidential. We cannot recover lost codes, but may re-issue one upon verification of your subscription — contact us to arrange this.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use The Quarterly Oracle to: automate or bulk-generate readings, circumvent usage limits through technical means, or resell or redistribute Oracle content as your own product. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.
Intellectual Property
Generated readings are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The Quarterly Oracle name, design system, and underlying prompts are proprietary. You may share individual reading cards for personal purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of accuracy, organizational applicability, or strategic outcome. The Oracle's forecasts are probabilistic in nature. Consult your organizational leadership before acting on any Oracle guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Quarterly Oracle's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
