Privacy Policy

The Quarterly Oracle is committed to handling your information with the same rigor we apply to strategic forecasting: precisely, minimally, and without unnecessary exposure. This policy describes what data we collect, how it is used, and who we share it with.

To generate a reading, you may provide your zodiac sign, DiSC profile type, job title or role, and a display name. This information is transmitted to our AI provider to produce your briefing and is not stored by The Quarterly Oracle after delivery.

If you subscribe to Oracle Pass, Stripe processes your payment. We receive a subscription identifier from Stripe and generate an access code tied to it. We never receive, store, or process your card number, billing address, or full name.

When you request a horoscope briefing, your IP address is used to enforce the complimentary one-reading-per-month limit. This is stored transiently in our Redis database with a 35-day expiry and is not used for any other purpose.

Your subscription status and access code are stored in your browser's local storage. No cookies are set. No cross-site tracking occurs.

• Anthropic — receives your sign, role, and quarter to generate your reading. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Upstash — stores subscription validation keys with automatic expiry. No reading content is stored.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.

Subscription validation records expire automatically after 35 days and are renewed with each billing cycle. Cancellation removes your subscription records within the same window. No reading content is retained after generation.

You may request deletion of any data we hold associated with your subscription by contacting us. Browser-stored data (local storage) is under your direct control and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
